Game Rules and Regulations
RMT (Real Money Trading) - RMT is not allowed. Automatic BANNED.
Definition: Real Money Trading is the act of selling any in-game items in exchange for real money currency. We are extending the definition by analogy to those who trade their accounts for other RF servers and other games.
Hacking/Exploiting
No hacking or taking advantage of exploits within the game, whether alone or in a group.
You, together with all members of the group you are in when the hack or exploit is being committed, will be permanently banned once caught.
Racist Comments
No racial slurs allowed.
You will be chat banned the length of which depends on the gravity of the offense as well as the propensity with which the offender repeats the slur.
RFWin Team reserves the right to review all chats and determine whether or not the language used is grossly offensive and should be sanctioned.
Respect the Staff
No harassing GMs or RFWin staff members at any time.
You will be banned the length of which depends on the gravity of the offense as well as the propensity with which the offender repeats the harassment.
Staff/GM Impersonation
No impersonation of GMs or RFWin staff members. Attaching any affiliations to the character name (i.e. [GM], [Admin]) is also punishable.
You will be permanently banned when caught.
Feed
CPT Feeding is not allowed. Offenders will be banned for 1 day and all CPTs will be wiped.
Trading
No selling/buying/trading in the all chat or race chat channel.
Mandatory chatban for 1 day for all offenders, the penalty to increase depending on the number of times caught.
Towers & Traps
No setting up of towers and traps within spawn points, near the Elan entrance or within range of safezones. Also, no hiding NPCs, towers and the like within MAUS or any means which makes these NPCs "unclickable".
Mandatory ban for 1 day, the penalty to increase depending on the number of times caught.
Safezone
No healing and de-buffing within the safe zones.
Mandatory ban for 1 day for all offenders, the penalty to increase depending on the number of times caught.
Nuke
No nuking the core during chip wars.
Mandatory ban for 1 day for all offenders, the penalty to increase depending on the number of times caught.
Advertising
No posting of non-RFWin advertisements including trade advertisements of non-RFWin items
You will be permanently banned when caught.
RL/Councils
Elected RL/councils who are determined to be inactive will have all their CPTs wiped.
Any offender will have all their CPT wiped.
Payment Reversals
We do not allow payment reversals. The moment you receive the items in exchange for the money you have sent constitutes a binding contract between you and us already. You shall be banned permanently should you be in violation of this agreement.
Chat restrictions
English will be the official language of the server. This just means that this language will be used in the following areas: ALL chat, MAP chat and RACE chat. The forum and the facebook fanpage will also follow the same restrictions.
Anyone caught speaking in a language other than English in the restricted areas will be chat banned for one day. As for the forum and fan page, your comments will be deleted automatically.
Chat spamming - any form of spamming is prohibited in all chat channels. Mandatory 3-day ban for anyone caught.
Account Sharing/Piloting
Sharing of accounts or using pilots are allowed at your own risk. RFWin is not liable for any loss or hacked items/accounts.
Mau Walling Exploit
Maus are meant to be ridden after its deployment. Anyone caught hiding inside a mau which makes them unclickable will be banned 3 days and might increase depending on the number of instances. A screenshot is enough as an evidence.
Everybody is expected to have read and understood all the above rules please be guided accordingly.
